Rated 3 out of 5 by from Decent Product with User Experience Issues Cheaper than going to see a Tax Expert. I was disappointed to get asked a series of clarifying questions about an aspect of taxes that I have no experience with or understanding of. When I realized there was a mistake, there was no support available for how to go back and correct the mistake, so I had to delete my return and start over. The return was nearly ready to submit so this was a frustrating experience. I guess I technically made the mistake to begin with so I can't give the service 1 star, but I would have expected more help and guidance throughout the process. It was literally a snapshot of my tax return, complete with all the fun jargon, and a series of questions with no context of help links.
