I do 1040's, 1041's, and 1120's, as well as California 540's, 541's, and 568's. I used to think TurboTax was an excellent piece of software. But it seems that each year it is a little worse than the previous year. There are so many bugs. So many things that don't work. Woefully inadequate Help information. I cringe wondering if I will be able to figure out workarounds for the things that don't work. At least, TurboTax is not insulting and offensive the way QuickBooks is. But it is not the product it once was.

A simple tax return is one that's filed using IRS Form 1040 only, without having to attach any forms or schedules. Only certain taxpayers are eligible.
