Rated 3 out of 5 by from Keeps getting rejected It tells me I have no errors but it's been rejected 3 times. AGI is correct and PINs are correct. very frustrating!!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from TurboTax remains the best... TurboTax remains the best and easiest program to use to file my taxes. Since TurboTax no longer offers the free file through the IRS, I have had to use other programs online to file a few of my families returns. Those other programs are not as simple to work through. I still use TurboTax to do my taxes though.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Overall positive experience with some glitches There were changes to the forms to fill out and the questions about the spouse in the HSA area are still confusing. My husband has always been on our Family HSA but the questionnaire always asks him why he wasn't on it in December. The wording is not clear. The section on 401K's (Roth and Traditional) could also use some clarification for the average user.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from TurboTax payments processing is horrible It's been a horrible experience, could not e-file my state returns because TurboTax could not complete charge my credit card processing. My billing address, credit number, name, and cvv code all correct still reporting error verigy you details and retry. I spent almost an hour with the tech support couldn't figure out.

When going to submit the system says "mistakes" have been made on previous screens that were "reviewed". Asks about state non resident reciprocity only to then state that unnecessary returns may need to be filed
