Rated 2 out of 5 by from Product good, but it is always trying to trick you The product is good, but it is always trying to trick you into spending more money on them. Either by promoting an upgrade that you don't need, or by hiding costs of paying with the returned money or as many ways as possible. It is a very sneaky product and I would definitely not use it if I had another alternative. I hate when people just try to trick you into spending for something you don't need.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Turbotax didn't import 1099-B causing problems Turbotax 2021 has issues with importing your tax forms. It did not import my 1099-B from accounts where it imported other forms. This ended up causing me to receive a CP2000 from the IRS with a huge penalty because the cost basis from the 1099-B was not included. Additionally for the entries it did import, it put the cost basis as my gross proceed resulting in additional penalties. You shouldn't have to do this, but double check the entries imported from TurboTax to avoid these problems in the future

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Much easier transition doing my tax this year. I think, you guys should sell the online Turbotax as the same price that it is sold at Costco. This way, you'll cut out the middle man and also make more money. I really don't understand why the primer costs $82 at costco, but you guys, charge over $200 online. It doesn't make sence, because I'm sure that you still pay costco to sell your software through them. ?

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Turbo tax helps even unforseen mistakes My wife and I are kind of procrastinators... We got married last year and were very slow to submit name change to the SSA ... They had supposedly accepted it by the time we filed taxes.. but hadnt made it through the system yet... got scared at the rejection notice... turbo tax helped us put her maiden name in place of her married name. Thats what we get for procrastinating. What would be absolutley nerve wrecking ,a rejection notice, with turbo tax its a simple fix and everything went smooth. Turbo Tax saved my wife from being a widow by preventing my heart attack. THANK YOU TURBO TAX

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Made it easy for me to file alone i tried to use another website, tax exact and it was horrible. i am a young adult and have no clue how to navigate taxes. They expected me to know what to do... they didnt even notify me that i didnt properly finish filing my taxes. I just logged in and instantly went back to turbo tax tonight. i couldve been received my return if i filed with yall. There was like a $197 charge to file with turbo, so i hit up the chat box and agent ashley was very helpful! Advised me that i was filing with extra perks like live agent, then i told her i didnt even use those services during filing. since my return is super basic(one job, single, no defendants, no extensions, no assests, or loans, etc.) . she waived those services and helped me finish my filing in under 30 minutes! Also i got to set up a bank account with credit karma (which i already have to check my scores). You guys make this so easy... The only reason i filed with h&r block last year was due to having to file for two years (2020 and 2021) and i needed to see an agent in person. anyway thanks!
