Rated 3 out of 5 by from Too expensive Seems to work ok. But there are fees and extra costs to efile State, and extreme fee of $40 to pay the extra cost from a state refund amount. Seems like a bit of a money grab here, for something done by computers.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from A real sanity saver. Very good overall. Keeps the progress flowing and navigates all twists and turns very well. Stress reduction is big and lets me move on quickly from mandatory misery back to life is good. I work hard and I pay my taxes and that's the way it should be. Turbo Tax is the way filing should be. Thanks.

First pass took 4x longer than initial provided estimate, yet turbotax internal dialogue told me I finished in the top 50% by time, suggesting that you are aware that this takes longer than you tell users when they start filing. Frequent adds are annoying and often presented as if these add-ons are required, and disclosures/permission forms for use of personal data are presented in a way that makes them feel mandatory when they are not.
