Rated 3 out of 5 by from Not easier than two years ago. 1) I did the 1040SR like before. But this time i gives too much items to check. 2) Before, we pay money before filing which is easier and reasonable. This year , it is to early to due the TURBOTAX charges ($171 for me). 3) I asked "how to print out my fed and State files", all the replies are helpless. You should have some robots to to be "alive".

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Software was not acting reliably Turbotax wanted me to make some fixes required for efiling but the page would get slow to a point that I'd need to wait for several minutes just to be able to type in the field. I had to do this process multiple times and throughout the process I had no idea how long it would eventually take. Using other browsers did not help either. I called in support. The call would hang up before the process was done (not sure if the calling system is also messed up). Overall it wasted several hours before we could get around this issue. If I had known this before I started filing, I would have not come to TurboTax. Not sure if I would use TurboTax next year.

I always get so nervous doing my taxes, but with TurboTax it just makes the process so simple and it helps so much when I don't understand a certain area; I can click on the question mark and get a simple answer! I thank TurboTax for their dedication too all who want to do their taxes on their own, but do need assitance! You go TurboTax, Ill be back next year!
