Rated 3 out of 5 by from Good, with a weird glitch Everything went swimmingly, until the subroutine decided a Form 2106 needed to be added to my tax return. There was no assistance (help button, etc.) on the page where I was expected to enter a 2% amount. Two percent of what? I had to spend 75 minutes on the phone with tech support to get that sorted.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Good But... I have used TurboTax for about the past 12 years. I had more issues this year than in the past. Errors when trying to update program, errors with mortgage interest, and even at the end in trying to eFile state.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Easy to Use! We enjoy the ease of use of Turbo Tax. The software translates "tax-ese" into understandable english, and moves some of the numbers around for you. Also, if you use it multiple years, it'll remember all your info from last time. Highly convenient and stress reducing! Wish it cost a bit less, though.
