Rated 5 out of 5 by from TurboTax continues to be a huge help I want to single out Tax advisor Lynne (case 1518560358) who put in extra time and effort on a weekend to track down where, why and how a deduction was being calculated. She had to look into the backend details of what TTax was doing and why--none of which I could see in any of the details at the user end. Lynne was friendly, gracious, concerned and a top professional in how she tackled my query. She took time to send a follow-up email detailing the answer to my query. I am very grateful, since it took a number of queries through chat and with other experts before I got to speak to her. I am putting this feedback here since the TTax survey timed out and I could not access it again to complete it. All of the experts were excellent this year. I have three issues that were frustrating to me: (1) I needed an advisor to find where to adjust my refund on both returns. Virginia was particularly hard to find. (2) the sequence to view the entire return summary was really hard to figure out. Tools->view summary-> then having to know to look at the left menu to click again to view all of the pages---not okay. (3) it seemed as though even though experts said they were sending customer surveys, only 2 ever came through to me (yes, I checked spam and I am not blocking any intuit-related email IDs).

Support help is IMPOSSIBLE to reach and after days finally did they were no help, told me to call Microsoft. Next time will use another software product that cares about their customers
