Rated 2 out of 5 by from Too Many Bugs God forbid you answer a question incorrectly and then go back and change your answer because Turbo Tax will record the change but upon review your original response will be there. Solutions from Turbo Tax do not work, took me 2 days to come up with my own fix. So much for quality assurance.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Has Unresolved Glitches Mostly, Turbotax Home and Business worked OK. However, form 1116 did not work correctly for 2022, even though it has worked correctly for previous years. Spent an hour on the phone with technical support. Uninstalled and reinstalled to program, but it did not help. Eventually had to give up and use a workaround for the information the program would not accept.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Good but sales oriented The program is impressive but I did not appreciate all the attempts to push me to upgrade. Also there was a glitch at the very end that made it difficult to submit. It took me several attempts to correct this but I think I did.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from TurboTax Home and Business 2022 Error analysis was more dificult this yer. I had to search and find the form mentioned manually, rather than automatically dsplaying appropriate form or page. Also I could not drop in brokerage statements. Mac Requirements on disk cover accepted my OS version 11.6, but on trying to get data dumped diredty from my brokerages, I was informed by Intuit's screen that my OS was outdated and needed upgrading. Problem is that upgading would mean losing my printer, which replacement woud cost nearly $1000. I shall upgrade if and when drivers for newer OS's are available. Also pushing my older iMac to its limits fro acepting newer upgrades beyond one more upgrade. So I had to enter that data manually. Was able to get the "dump" for 2021 TurboTax, but not this time. Reaminder of Turbotax worked well on my present Mad OS. .

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Turbo Tax: pricey, but still worth it I have used Turbo Tax for years. It is an easy program, and I feel fairly confident in the outcome. We had some medical expenses this year, and it was easy for me to figure out what I could deduct. I feel like the price is rather high for the program, and I am somewhat annoyed by the constant sales efforts throughout the process, but all in all, I am pleased.
