Rated 2 out of 5 by from Trash tbh Doing any sort of easy tax return, which most people do, doesn't justify the price involved. The only service TurboTax actually provides is some software that just copies info from one document to another, which anyone can do in ten minutes anyway, and then processing the payment. Why they think they deserve well over $100 to do that is beyond me, but that's the scam I guess. It's trash, and full of goofy "tee-hee" moments that are actual cringe.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Easy but Hard Overall the entire process was fairly easy. The most difficult portion of inputting the information were for investments, such as form 1099-B and 1099-DIV, along with input for the ROTH IRA.

Their license key would not work because I was operating from a different computer and he had used the disc to install. The helpline's solution did not work. I ended up buying my own software. I give it 2 stars out if 5.
