Rated 3 out of 5 by from Disappointed this year Because I bought a new computer I was unable to install Turbo Tax from the previous years I purchased the product even though I didn't fully use my licenses. No help from Customer Support, just sorry. No link to download my already paid for earlier year software and data. The result was frustrating because the program didn't import certain historical data which was time consuming to enter manually. Had I known, I might not have purchased it for preparing my 2022 taxes. There was also a confusing question in the beginning of the CT state tax return regarding a state income tax adjustment. I spent an hour with a Tax Expert who couldn't help me so I ended the call and called back later hoping someone qualified would help me, and they did so immediately. My day started out Turbol, but it got better.

They are very thorough in reviewing many times, checking for deductions and credits, missing information, and errors. The price has drastically increased, but so has everything else! Thanks again TT!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Comprehensive program that now offers Live Reviews I have been using Turbo Tax since the beginning. I used the new features like Live Review before submission of our taxes which helped to confirm some assumptions and discharge uncertainties/risks in filing of taxes. It would helpful if Turbo Tax program allowed user to re-save taxes under same file name by providing a link to search for prior filename on computer without having to re-enter filename for saving each time one saves as pdf.
