Rated 5 out of 5 by from Turbo Tax is Awesome My first time filing with Turbo Tax had some challenges completing the form and submitting it to the IRS. I spoke with 2 people, one helped me complete the form and another helped me with submitting the form. It finally went through and I was relieved.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Great Solution with Sneaky Fees TurboTax is fast & easy to file taxes but needs to be more transparent with fees and it is a huge surprise how much you need to pay in the end. Need to let people know how much the additional feature costs as it is being added to the bill during the process of filing, not in the very end. "If you want to reduce cost of TurboTax, you need to start over the whole process"

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Using Since TurboTax Became Available Allways improving the GUI Wish I had saved the screen shots but there are places where the GUI does not hold the same functionality across areas - like teams didn't review earch other's work to ensure that the GUI was functioning the same. (Wish doing taxes was easier) I'll be sticking with TT as long as it's available.
