Rated 2 out of 5 by from Poor support, broken program - Intuit sucks The program refused to let me document my medical expenses for State filing because Federal Standard deduction was larger. Support acknowledged the problem, said it was a known bug they were fixing, and then closed the ticket and did nothing. Fortunately there is a workaround to enter it in the forms myself.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from It still works My wife an I are student so we have little to no paperwork to file for tax return but have some small investments and because of that I had to pay for Premium services. Also had to start everything over after they automatically placed my on self employed and you cannot change it midway. Consumed more time than was needed because of that.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from It's "free" until you file. Hidden fee scams. Don't waste your time if you really want a free option. They would rather you spend 40 minutes thinking its free, then pile on the fees after you've spent that time filing to make you feel like your time would have been wasted if you didn't just pay them the $120+ for options that shouldn't be a money maker. $59 to file both your state and federal together. $39 to pay with your federal income. Feels a lot like hidden fees to me.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Too complicated to do without a specialist There was a major component missing in my program to inform me that my Pennsylvania tax credit was going to the wrong account without the tax assistant I would’ve never found it and I would’ve owed over $3000 instead of zero

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Love me some TurboTax Crisma was excellent and helpful. I had trouble because I hit the email roadblock to pay TT and then file. It was resolved by going to Intuit account to verify my email, which wasn't clear in the TT pages that I had to go back to Intuit. It pointed me to My Info in TT.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Typo at end of TurboTax 2022 reads, "Sing up now" Hi TurboTax team, there is a typo at the end of your 2022 software for individuals in which TurboTax wants to offer customers the opportunity to pre-pay the software for the subsequent year. In the bolded call-to-action section, it says to "Sing up now" rather than "Sign up now". Please have your development team correct this typo. While we do "sing" the praises of the ease-of-use of TurboTax 2022 software, the typo at the end appears to be an unintentional human error on your side. Thanks for getting it corrected.

I am beyond happy and satisfied with Turbotax and I will continue to use them in the future.
