Rated 3 out of 5 by from Overcharged I have used turbotax in the past, it is convenient in that it will download your info from one year to the next. Disappointed this year in the huge price increase along with the fact that when checking out it auto checks the Max benefits and doesnt tell you that it must be deselected otherwise you are charged an additional $59. Plus as soon as you pass that screen and enter your card info to pay there's no "review" screen before your card is charged and no option of refund so for what I paid to do them at home i could have gotten them done by a tax service. Thus, moving forward I will not use this program again

Rated 5 out of 5 by from 25 years of excellent support I have been using this product (both individual and business) for so long it is hard to remember what taxes where like before this. It has always handled what I needed and helped answer my questions (and teach me) along the way. For this first time this year I needed a human to help with a problem; they were there and got me thru it.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Cant Print Any Forms - constant timed out sessions What it says in the title. Turbo Tax keeps telling me to print forms I need, but whenever I try, the pop up window is blank for 10-30 minutes. After multiple attempts, I'm logging out in hopes this site will be fixed tomorrow so I can try again. For $200, I expected better.
