Rated 5 out of 5 by from Much easier than trying to figure it out myself. My biggest challenge working with my tax return is trying to figure out where all the figures from my investment sheets go. Turbo tax magically pulls all the information from the companies website and does that task for me. The program has a nice orderly way of doing things, and before you know it, the taxes are finished! It gets speedier each year.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Good tax preparation software Like the fact that prior year info is loaded. Can get cumbersome at times entering data and checking to ensure it is loaded. Some areas require data to be entered again if you revisit it

I still inputted my data, went over everything, and still had to pay over $200. This will be my last year filing with you guys. TurboTax has now become a corporation that charges unnecessary fees for a quick buck.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Great product - but harder to navigate I have been using Turbo Tax for years. This year I found it much harder to navigate through the program. I couldn't look at the forms as I was adding information -- the Print Center was hidden in the Tax Tools. The instructions for applying refund to next year taxes was not clear and I had to dig around for 30 minutes to find them.

And, by the time it's all over, I can't believe how easy it was to file. I'm thankful how intuitive the instructions are along the filing process. And the supportive comments at just the right times remind me to breathe and to keep going with confidence.
