Rated 1 out of 5 by from TurboTax, last year after 20 years Many years TurboTax keeps referring to a state retirement pension as a 401K, very frustrating to answer the questions that are asked, as they are directed to a 401K. Have a Federal ID PIN assigned, can't get TurboTax to ask me if I have one. I usually end up having to open the envelope to write it in and then create a new envelope. After I print my forms for filing, you close out of the print dialogue, and it always takes me to the step before, asking me if I want to print for filing. Most of my support this year came from the community, and I don't have a complicated tax scenario. I did have a unique situation of selling part of an inheritance property. Took for ever to figure out how to enter it, the program kept wanting to call it something else and tell me to buy the version that is a step down from the one I already had bought.
