Rated 1 out of 5 by from genuinely disappointed genuinely disappointed in turbo tax this year. all the extra "features" added I found to be unnecessary and a nuisance. would be nice to know the tax to be applied to your "free filing program" that cost $217 after tax for using a "free tax filing program". to many hidden added fees and such. genuinely disappointed in turbo tax this year, usually its not this difficult to navigate the site. I didn't get any help from anyone and I'm still charged over $200 to "file for free" on turbo tax. for the fact that i make less then $25,000 and 1/2 my federal refund is being taken from me to file my taxes on your "free program". genuinely disappointed this year. planning on using a different tax filing method next year.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Didn't need state Added NH state just to check if there was anything I needed to do (TT said probably not before adding it, wanted to be sure, no income tax though) amounted to $0. being charged $59 for it to have me print out nothing and mail it?? had to go back to 'start over' state, hit the trash on it, and click on the state on the sidebar again for it to not start going through questions I didn't need. In fairness it was quick to complete and I was able to remove NH on my own.
