Rated 4 out of 5 by from easy,and fast but the last step was confusing Everything was great ,fast,easy until the last screen that advised i had to print a form and mail even though i efiled and left my bank account info to direct deduct both my fed and state tax bill. now i feel unsure if im filed correctly, even though the finl review showed everything was ok and confused on why the payment slip to mail w/ check printed.

Kept wanting me to file a New Hampshire Return (even though no state return is required unless I made substantial dividend income which I didnt) Then couldnt go back to that "form to enter it.(so eneded up just deleting it) 2. Some complications with the job related dections. Car mileage didnt add up and didnt know how to edit it without calling for help -and adding cost to to the filing charge.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Turbo Tax is Awesome! It was surprisingly easy to use. I stressed out about running out of time to file my taxes so I gave Turbo Tax a try and I am so happy I did. It was much easier than expected and very user friendly.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Turbo Tax works well... but the cost is increasing I have used Turbo Tax for many years. It is easy to use, imports information from previous years well, but the cost continues to increase. I paid $60 on Amazon and was charted a $40 processing fee. With a total cost of $100, I'll be shopping around next year before deciding to go with Turbo Tax again.
