Rated 2 out of 5 by from meh.. not as good as it had been enjoy this aplication less and less each year. price now seems outrageous. as this is self-serve, it should be 1/3 of the price Intuit charges, maybe less. Next year, I'll have a human do it, and pay less for the in-person service. TurbiTax just is no longer a proper good value.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from cost fees Its deceiving what the cost of the return will be for just a simple return. It was much higher than what I selected in the beginning. It ended up $209 and I had to clear all data and re-enter. I then selected ( I believe it was $69) and it still ended up again $119.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Cannot e-file The software has been encountering issues on AGIs matching IRS's platform. And despite having all the correct numbers (I have the transcript as well as prior years' returns and attempted different methods (entering zero), I was unable to e-file for two consecutive years (likely another one has the issue pertains). Reps are not helpful. Extremely disappointed. I will not use this product again if this issue is still here.
