Rated 4 out of 5 by from Worked pretty well but with some problems Everything was pretty straight forward except for one thing. We have a rental property and have been using the straight line depreciation method for the past 15 years. However, this is not the default depreciation method built into the system. Furthermore, there is no way to change the depreciation method to another option. this cost us a good bit of time to come up with a calculation that matched the depreciation amount we had used in prior years.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Turbo Tax is great ! All my experiences with Turbo Tax have been easy and accurate. However, last year I think that I was charged twice; I originally ordered the basic version for $50. and then was told that it did not work with my Windows 7. I was advised to upgrade to Premier DIY for $89. and was charged for that as well.. Never got my original $50. back. I have the both e-mails that show two different charges. I sent an e-mail explaining tthe situation but never heard back. Was this a mistake or not ?
