Rated 5 out of 5 by from TurboTax is a life saver! I don't know what I would do without TurboTax to assist me in filing my taxes. I know without a doubt my taxes are done correctly and I have received all of my deductions because TurboTax is so thorough with the questions asked and reminders given during the tax prepping process. I love that they keep my information from year to year so I don't have to type it all in again. And I love that you can scan in your W-2s and connect with your stock accounts electronically so you do not have to type in all that information. TurboTax, you are the Best!!

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Previous versions were much better and easier! I have used TurboTax CD's or downloads for the past 20+ years. I don't understand why Intuit and this program didn't recognize I used it last year! Also, the previous years cost INCLUDED state filing. I am now having to pay an extra $60 and with the total it is almost the same cost of using an accountant to do my taxes. The new online program wasn't anywhere near as easy to navigate as previous versions.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Love Turbo Tax - Hate TT Live Help I've used TT for many years. This is the first year I've asked for "live help". Unfortunately, after speaking with more than one agent, the live help was of no help. I found the problem on my own, and still had to pay the live help fee.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Slipping in thoroughness TurboTax has been a popular tax preparation software for many years, but it seems to have slipped this year. While the new "Race Mode" feature is designed to help you finish your taxes quickly, it also includes more prompts to upgrade to premium products. Additionally, a confusing "sign over the rights to share your information" page appears twice during the process. Finally, the software skipped an income section that I have filed for the past 5 years, requiring me to go back and manually add it. While TurboTax is still easier to use than paper forms, the value of the software is starting to be questionable.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Turbo Tax is the Way to Go Hi! I used the tax advisor online to help me with a question I had on doing investment prooperty purchases and sales with handling deductions. She did a fabulous job in asking approopriate questions and providing definitive answers. Way to Go!
