Rated 3 out of 5 by from Turbo is not very reliable. The price keep going up. You can never believe what Turbo Tax charge you. At the beginning it on price and if you don't change the packet you still get charge more.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from TurboTax is super helpful! I love how TurboTax translates the complicated IRS language into english and breaks it down into understandable questions and definitions. I plan to use it again next year. A competitor tax prep software I tried merely paginated the forms' lines verbatim and was no help making it understandable. I only wish that TurboTax had a small business version online, not just for PC, because I don't have a PC.

I will never use again chose free version from the start for the most basic tax return, oh t& his was not my first time using software, but it kept on wanting me to upgrade and I kept on skipping the taunting.... at the end of the return I had been charged $219. tried to get a refund to no avail. HR Block all the way for me from now on!!!!!!
