Rated 3 out of 5 by from Turbo Tax is good, but too costly. The products features are good and pretty much the same as last year. I would enjoy it more if I didn't have to fill out 2 state forms for my income from pensions, which Every Year, ends up being $0 refund but the cost to fill them out has gone up to $59 each this year. So, every year, I lose $120 of my return on 2 states where my income on one always stays the same (so far for 7 years) and on the other state it only increases a tiny bit. I think I need to talk to a tax specialist to see if I even need to file in these states if this continues to be the case. If it does, then I will print out the state forms and do them on my own at only the cost of the paper & ink. I realize this is not a direct focus on the product itself, but it may tell you why I won't come back to do my state taxes on Intuit. Other than that, I will tell you my interaction with help was great, and I do like how your product fills in the needed information from the year prior on Federal, and I may continue with that next year. I kept wondering if I was doing something wrong the entire time...and I am still not convinced I got it right. The prior years were super easy, I don't know what happened!
