Rated 4 out of 5 by from Turbo Tax Online Deluxe Gets It Done The online (app) program is easy to use, and that is appreciated. I would give 6 Stars -- the best I can -- if it were not for the hidden costs that "show up" and are required, not optional. For example, I HAD to use the more expensive deluxe version because of a deductible tax break for which we were eligible. Then, as if the deluxe version and state costs were not enough, we also had to pay an additional processing fee. While the program was easy to use, it is definitely expensive.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from After 15 years, I must be happy with this product. I have been using Turbo Tax for 15+ years. I've never had any questions from the IRS or the State about my returns. The section by section advice and "walk me through it" features have me consider and apply deductions that I wouldn't have come up with on my own. Also, the audit protection plan is relatively inexpensive and gives me peace of mind.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Turbo Tax Again TurboTax leads you right through the process. I feel confident that my return is the best it can be. My only complaint is that I occasionally have trouble finding the right info on the more complicated investment section.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from I like the guidance with Turbo Tax The ability to trust that Turbo Tax researched the new tax laws and incorporated them into the software is huge for me. Over the years, this is more user friendly and the help topics are reassuring. I do miss being able to go directly to a specific form though.
