Rated 3 out of 5 by from Did not have form updated in system that was need No 8915F form was available to use so had to delete information for deduction. Google it and it read that Turbo Tax updated the form in March, 2023. I was completing taxes in April.

I wanted to e file but had to pay, i forgot my account login, of course it's been 1 year since last used. unable to reset password called for help which was difficult at best. decided to to just create a new account which i did faster than the help line could help me reset password.

One can write a great review when the product does not favor the user but those entities , including Turbo Tax, that focuses on making more money with its use. Bottom line, the Deluxe CD price serves only as a down payment on confusion.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from A good tool with some quirks. I asked the experts in chat twice, and they were both helpful. Additionally, I had to create a separate job for my Army Reservist job to see the deduction selection for uniforms. I had to start a new "job" and say I am not a Reservist to see the uniform deduction, Awkward. Turbo Tax is welcome to call to me and discuss how to fix this to help others.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from This years version is more difficult than previous Handling of Canadian RRSP Distributions for CA Returns is very complicated this year. Handling of Annuities and Retirement plans is confusing - hard to figure out how much was taxed.
