Rated 5 out of 5 by from fairly easy and straight forward spoke with Marilyn (in Missisippi) she called me back in 17 mins from 800-446-8848, she seemed very knowledgeable friendly and helpful in completing review and stayed with me while I completed processing and e-filing.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Never Again! I've been using Turbo Tax to do both my federal and state returns for the last 8 years. In the beginning it was a fairly simple process and the steps seemed very intuitive. The current process (for tax year 2022) has been a nightmare. I'm still trying to figure out how to get a copy of my California state return to print out. Just too many twists and turns and trying to call you is a joke....will be using some other process in the future.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Simple, easy to use! Being able to upload a PDF or a photo of my W2s was an awesome feature. I always worry I type something wrong. It was so easy to upload and then just have to verify. Doing taxes is never fun, but TurboTax really takes the sting out of doing it.
