Rated 4 out of 5 by from Frustrated but got thru with help of a tech Everything was going well til the end when it told me I had "FIX" something but would not leet me fix it. I couldnt figure it out UGH !! So finally called and Carlos called me back walked me thru and got it fixed. But it was very frustrating. Now I know next time use the Tools!

I only gave it 4 stars instead of 5 because this is my first time using it and I don't want to give it 5 stars and then find out in a few days that my return was rejected or denied or audited.
