Rated 2 out of 5 by from Review: Sneaky Prices It was a little surprising to have a $40 charged for pulling funds out of Federal returns, that should have been said at the beginning when putting in which plan you'd like. My $60 charge for service all of the sudden turned into a $220 charge, over double of the charge of last year! Don't know if we will use TurboTax again.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from disappointed for the first time after using turbo I was required to review 339 covered call transactions after importing my 1099 because 1099 reflected 0 basis which is correct. The review apparently had to be completed in order to e-file, so I opted to print and file by mail. I have had these transactions every year and have never been required to review each before. Please fix this so that needless time consuming review can be avoided

Rated 2 out of 5 by from WAY less seamless than previous years. Really frustrating to use and I have filed with Turbo Tax the last 6 years. This may be my last. The interface between Quickbooks Self Employed and Turbo Tax was not clean and was not self explanatory. I kept popping back and forth and it wasn't clear what I was supposed to do in which application. I had to search and search to figure out how to add a SEP IRA contribution as it wasn't part of the typical process. The prompts weren't great. I then got a notification that my efile was rejected because the AGI wasn't entered, but even though it did prompt for AGI previous year, there was no spot to enter it. When I went back to fix after it was rejected, I couldn't tell if I needed to go through the whole verification process again....I did, but don't know if that was right and didn't get a notification that it was refiled. Hmmm.....????
