Rated 3 out of 5 by from convenient but price is misleading and too high convenient but based off marketing i didn't expect the cost that it entailed. there kept being mandatory add ons. ended up paying more than a professional CPA

There were points that were a bit difficult and the process seems to take longer than expected with the "one more thing" that comes up more than once but overall quite intuitive. (like the name)

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Would not remove form that was not needed! My return kept being rejected because the system kept saying I needed form 1095-A. I did not have this form because I did not have insurance through the marketplace. I repeatedly followed the instructions to remove form 1095-A. I tried to resolve this for several days before giving up and printing my return to mail in.
