Rated 2 out of 5 by from Software is too expensive The Turbotax software is too expensive considering the taxpayer is doing all the work. It costs the same or less to bring to a professional/accountant rather than pay this amount (in my case $250+ with tax) and not be certain if you're inputting the data in correctly.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Them or Financial Firm: One of them broke it I don't think Turbotax reads reviews. But I am glad people report them. It is the only way you discover the "work arounds" for things that are broken. That said, it could be the major financial firms don't want to coordinate with TurboTax and send blocking 0.00 entries into infrequently used boxes just to see if TurboTax discovers them before tens, hundreds, thousands get stopped in the workflow by error checking that is meaningless.
