Rated 3 out of 5 by from VERY unclear for small business (LLC) owners Outdated, clunky and cumbersome - same as it was 20 years ago. Intuit invests only in advertising, I suppose. The software does not offer very much certainty if we did things right or missed something, and they give you one more look back to plant doubt... then they offer audit defense as an additional add-on.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Turbo Tax 2022 Just Gets Worse I can't do my taxes without Turbo Tax, but each year it gets worse, more bugs, loops back through previous entries, changes in what is to be entered, etc.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Overall, still a good solution Better in the past in my opinion. Upselling to higher features seem to have increased, which is very distracting. Offer the choices up front, then once I choose, DONT ASK AGAIN. Also there was a bug this year. In the "review" step, it showed that some fields were missed in my W2, then when I filled them out, it counted the W2 income twice & showed I owed a ton of money. I had to go back and figure out that it had double counted the income and I had to remove the duplicate W2. I followed all of the directions exaclty, and have used Turbotax for many years - so somehow this seems like a bug.
