Rated 4 out of 5 by from Unable to download both PC and Mac versions I am allowed to install onto 5 computers, but after electing to download the PC version, I was not able to download a Mac version for my second computer. This is a known error and I find it unforgivable that you do not fix it. Now I have to lend my PC to my daughter for her taxes.

To keep it short and sweet, it gets the job done, provides options on how you want to file, walks you through every step and makes sure to have you double-check and review anything you may have missed. If there's anything you get hung up on, the help section answers nearly any question you may have, and if it doesn't, a quick Google search will do the trick.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Keep track of my Refund or Payment One of the things that is a must for me is to keep track of how much I am getting back or having to pay thru-out my time doing my taxes. This year was the worst! You removed the Total Refund Amount from the top of the page. I don't like the change. It's a bad call! Or you could give us the option to have it.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Horrible ending to completing my taxes I purchased the software from Costco. When I went to use the code to pay, all the problems started. It would not accept the code multiple times. When the code was finally accepted it did not show the discount. The person over the phone was not able to resolve my problem and now I must call back next week in order to wait on the phone for another 20-30 minutes to see if I can get a refund for the $128 dollars I was not supposed to pay.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from efiling doesn't work correctly owe federal and one of two states. After acknowledging that federal and non-resident state's must be mailed, Software blocks all access to e-file the second (resident) state that owes me a refund.
