I couldn't turn around after filling all the information and start all over. Poor way to do business, and feel TURBOTAX took advantage of my history, and started charging a FEE. Sorry, this is very poor handling of your service. Goodbye forever.

When I had a few problems this year ("fix these issues...") I called the online expert (on Friday night at 11 PM) and immediately got terrific help.
