Rated 5 out of 5 by from TurboTax is great! I was able to chat with Tax experts twice while I was filing. I had questions about business start up and was able to get answers within minutes. I purchased all the services TurboTax offered for my returns and it is always worth every penny!

Wow, it's hard to lst all the suck. - Bad or no descriptions on some areas. - Some options get eliminiated after giving the wrong answer. - You can't return to some things that need corrected as you figure it out after researching elswhere on Google. Last year took about 5 hours and about 3 the year before. This year? 11 hours of pain.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Turbo Tax Home & Business -Need to fix the IP PIN issue. It is no longer optional. It should prompt you to enter before filing and provide instructions on how to obtain. -Turbo tax allowed me to incorrectly take Section 179 depreciation on a vehicle purchase in Sch C. This was incorrect and I had to refer to the IRS tax code to record the correct the depreciation expense.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from The Transmit process SUCKS! It took me multiple attempts before I was able to FINALLY scroll down on the Transmit page. I expect better from Turbotax! This was a very frustrating experience!
