Rated 1 out of 5 by from Turbotax has gotten so much worse ;( Moving between state and federal and different parts within is cumbersome and very time consuming. Clicking the same things over and over is insane! Not being able to file state online (because of a small deduction) and then removing it but still not being able to efile because federal was already filed (AND NO WARNING WAS GIVEN ABOUT THIS)!

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Turbo tax Desktop is easy to use and pretty good It is easy to use and I didn't have much trouble in preparing the returns. But in the end when I tried to pay my efile state fee, there was a little glitch. The web site probably has a heavy traffic. But a phone call to a Turbo tax representative solved the problem right away.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from I have used it for 12 years but never again. It was very hard getting started. I bought the software at Best Buy. It was hard to navigate the return compared to in the past. Then when I checked out it charged me the $99 again to finish the return and I had entered the purchase stuff. You also charged me for e filing but at the end you said I could not E-file so I must print out and mail. Need to get a refund on both, Had some glitches in the MN part.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Probably won't use this next year I was using the "free" service then all of a sudden i HAD to upgrade because of some "schedule 3" thing but you wouldn't tell me what it was. So suddenly I had to pay $59 to upgrade and all of a sudden there was another $59 for the state one, then money for this and that. You took almost as much as my state refund!
