I always want to make sure that I have everything together and want to make sure I am doing it right. Turbo Tax system guides you through the process, which is great! If you have any questions, just click on the tab and you can get answers. If you have any questions, they will give you a call and help you through the process. I highly recommend Turbo Tax, I've used them 8 years in a row. Thank you Turbo Tax!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Makes life easier We have used TurboTax for many years and have found it to be easier each year. Being able to take photo of some information rather than typing it in saved us a good bit of time. Less stress over filing definitely.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Turbo Tax needs a facelift I have used TurboTax for 5 years now. While it provides a completed Fed & State return, I think a 'what-if' scenario on certain parts of the return for non-tax experts like me would be fantastic. For example, how would making a payment into my 401K affect my current tax burden. Also another minor thing that stuck out to me was entering the date to pay your Fed tax. It is a manual entry field... every other application offers a pop-up calendar to choose a date. That was minor but to me exposes the need for a facelift in general that includes some what-if scenarios options.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Turbotax has excellent customer service Bit of a bump in the road at first....did my 2021 taxes on their CD(rather than online), and the system does not save your records this way. So when I wanted to e-file the system would not let me as you have to compare last years numbers to what they have on file. I called and a customer service rep., Sylvester, was very helpful and cleared everything up in 3 minutes.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Tax Software is great, however intuit sign is mess I love Turbo Tax and have used it for years, however the Intuit sign in to pay for filing is a killer. The world has arrived at a place where corporation security has become more important than individual privacy. You really need review and change your policy.
