Rated 2 out of 5 by from Product Flaw I love the online filing tool, think it has great UI. But, the checkout process ahead of the final review before filing is flawed. It would be better to place this after just in case there are any changes that you need to make upon the final review.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Easy fast goood Very easy fast and convenient One comment, you need to capable your system to read CSV files of at least all the crypto brokers in the U.S. The user should not spend a separate time preparing the CSV files in TurboTax format to import their trading transactions. Rated 4 out of 5 by from Good Electronic Service, but TOO EXPENSIVE Easy to navigate through the tax return preparation process for both federal and state (and the comparison feature to the prior year's filed return deductions and income helpful). Did work with a tax expert, but not really helpful to me and my issue (though a very pleasant person who tried to assist). Found the price to file RIDICULOUSLY HIGH compared to the prior year at $273 plus taxes for both federal and state, but didn't see the cost until ready to file and no way I was going to then not complete and instead have to go through another vendor service given the time then invested. For that reason alone, I'm likely to use H&R Block next year or another electronic filing vendor. Too bad, but TOO MUCH!

Rated 3 out of 5 by from TurboTax should go easy This year I am totally lost doing TurboTax.I have duplicated 1099-R but not completely duplicated:-account# was different.But TurboTax repeatedly asked me to review it.I have no idea why I have to fill up schedule C when I have already filled up in federal tax.TurboTax is supposed to do the schedule C in the back ground. It looks like playing a game with me.Also, it showed me for the first time that my time is running out.Itwould be great if my review improve TurboTax.Thanks.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Add On Slight of Hand I've liked everything about TT for years up until this year. When checking out, there are add-on options to choose from. I did not want any add ons, yet I was charged for audit protection anyway. Now, I have to call to get that part of the charges removed.
