Rated 1 out of 5 by from TurboTax is going backwards over the years! You may not bare the whole responsibility, but the TurboTax experience has gotten worse. I now have to float $10,000 out of my savings until I get reimbursed due to nonresident status. This used to be taken care of automatically and the tax payer was only responsible for the differential. Now we have cash issues and loss of interest. The process should have the consumer experience first. This is unacceptable.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from my daughter got a notice that she owed Over $800 My daughter got a notice that she had done her taxes wrong and owed over $800 to IrS. these were done on Turbo Tax. I'm confused why was there a mistake? Everything was entered right.

We have operated various businesses during that time, grown our family, moved residences, and encountered some unusual tax situations. TurboTax was easy to use in all situations. Much of the preparation is bookkeeping and logging income and expenses during each year. It only became easier each year. And each year there is always something unusual, but TurboTax help is always informative.
