Rated 5 out of 5 by from TurboTax Saved Me I thoroughly enjoyed using the 2020 and 2021 TurboTax software to prepare and file my taxes. My spouse and I had several big life events during both years that made filing taxes difficult. However, TurboTax provided the tools I needed to file my taxes and get caught back up with the IRS. I am going to sleep better at night knowing that weight is off my shoulders and I have TurboTax to answer the IRS if there's any questions about my returns.

She was experienced, friendly, very efficient, extremely helpful in getting my forms together and was a delight with whom to work.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from TurboTax Live product not customer service/agent The app is not good. is hard to know the steps. on some steps of the process, you forgot to add a stepper (UI/UX indicator or subprocess) the original payment is for $350 for TurboTax live but it doesn't let you know that is $54/State you claim + taxes so I ended up paying $500 dollars and my return only mentions $350 because the app doesn't clarify does things. I also had to call multiple times and it was really hard to to get the contact number or get the stupid AI to work properly even when it was taking my name down. I work as a UX designer if you want to hear all the bad things you can easily fix, contact me. I'll be expecting a hefty gift card coming my way with my review

Rated 5 out of 5 by from TurboTax Is 100% Reliable I have personally used TurboTax Deluxe CD since 2006 after my husband's death. He used TurboTax in the 90s. Only had one problem with the IRS caused by TurboTax and that was several years ago. Even had my Personal Computer die and it was easy to get my Turbo Tax files from a backup. Stopped detailed deductions a few years ago and still use Turbo Tax just to make sure I don't miss anything.
