Rated 5 out of 5 by from I wouldn't file taxes any other way I've used TurboTax for years and would never think of filing taxes without it. As my life has gotten more complicated, so have my taxes. TurboTax makes it as easy as possible to file with confidence.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Need to select standard deduction Need to be able to select standard Federal Tax standard deduction without going through the Itemize deduction, I know I do not have enough deductions to be greater than the standard deduction. I waste an hour or two trying to get the itemized deductions, all I have is property tax, Medical insurance, and a few dental bills.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Disappointed in TurboTax this year!!! Very disappointed in TurboTax this year. Price increased substantially, and absolutely no assistance with base software. Also, software was slow, lots of blank screens and kept taking me backwards when trying to file. Not sure I'll use next year.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from WAY TOO EXPENSIVE. This service is INSANELY expensive. Add to it that I am repeatedly asked throughout the process whether or not I'd like to upgrade to the next expensive tier is wildly annoying. Additionally, a hidden $39 fee for using my return to pay for the service is dirty pool and you know it. I'm going somewhere - anywhere else.
