I noticed in the recent 2 years (versions of 2022 and 2023) when I tried to import or update my W2 information, there was just a blank screen showing up and no form pop up. I had to go to "forms" and manually find and fill out these forms. It was so inconvenient.

My taxes should be relatively simple but every year there's always an exception and I need to upgrade to w/e premium level in order to file. Feels like it defeats the purpose but it is a business and it does in general make filing taxes easier.
