We are constantly bombarded with pages asking us to pay more despite always saying no, the pages don't always work, refilling was a nightmare, the navigation on the side bar didn't work half the time, and the explanations aren't as easy as they think they are. Plus the final cost was way more than advertised.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Terrible Customer Service The crypto exchange uploading software does not work properly, I paid extra to use it and still had to pay an external source to do the forms due to errors that would not fix. I called customer service and the rep did not have any understanding of the program, then would not respond after I explained the issue. After 15 years with TurboTax I will be moving to another tax prep solution.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from dont recommend unless you know how they work I was charged additional fees when I thought I was paying for my return and once I saw the receipt it was 342$ to use live turbo tax really upset me I didn't see the total amount until i processed my payment also charged me to file state return in FLORIDA it is not required, I called and requested a refund but no response
