Rated 4 out of 5 by from First time Online - Prefer Software but Good Turbo Tax made software changes that affected tons of people forcing an online use situation. Not very happy about this. It's a good program, but online feels invasive even with questions specifically for Turbo Tax. I am pleased with the program in terms of its ability to help me file though. I would like to see better options for this program next year offline. Again, good program and appreciate that.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Still Easy After All These Years I'm finally retired so filing was especially simplified for the second year in a row. I have used Turbo Tax for years and it has always been easy to understand and follow even when I was younger and operating my business from home. My wife expected I would hire an accountant at some point but Turbo Tax could always handle the task. I'm very satisfied with and I continue to count on Turbo Tax.

I have always done my own taxes, but last year, I got married, my dependent aged out, and I live in LA County where they declared it a disaster area. I had a lot of questions, and it was very reassuring to have the additional guidance.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Needs Improvements Doesn't seem as user friendly as in prior years. Also, at the end after hitting 'E-File Returns" it jumped back to "How do you want to pay" for the State E-File. I This was after I already went through that.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from getting pricey but great for last minute Well, if you'r out to time and need to get it done, TurboTax is really the way to go. The cost seems to be going up quickly. Seems yesterday I was paying about 80.00 to file a pretty simple return. But today, if you add a little protection you'r near 200. I could have research a little and could probably file with something free, but when you procrastinate like me and want it done now to avoid filing late, this way to get it done and done right. Plus it stores all your previous returns. I do download and save them but then I forget where they are! Its really a convenience cost I guess. If it were 30 bucks cheaper I would give it 5 stars.
