Rated 2 out of 5 by from I used to love Turbo Tax This year's Turbo Tax was much less user friendly. I used to be able to check my progress by looking at the return itself. Capital Loss/Gain information was not helpful. I will not use the online version next year. Maybe I'll buy the CD. Not sure. WAY too expensive too. I'm probably done with Turbo Tax.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Struggled with an error - eventually fixed I kept getting caught in a circle with the software not accepting my return and not being specific about what it needed. I spent an hour on the phone with a very kind service rep, however she could not figure it out either. I finally figured it out, however it was very frustrating.
