But out of all honesty I didn't do it on the phone with someone working at TurboTax so doing it over the phone would be more helpful than anything!

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Better than H&R, but more epensive Well, who wants to do taxes?? Nobody! This program is easier to use than H&R, but it is substantially more expensive. So you have to take into consideration is how much is your time worth?
