Rated 5 out of 5 by from Turbo Tax is the best! I absolutely HATE filing taxes! Turbo Tax makes it SO much easier! This filing was the easiest, probably because I used them last year so I knew what to expect. I also love that I can access my returns they have done, and that they are available in the future to assist me should I need their help. Definitely staying with Turbo Tax for as long as possible!

At this point online filling has become relatively standard, but the "in your face" money grabing greed of the service is incredible. I decided to not use credit karma as a fulfiller of my returns instead i decided to get it to my account. For that action, Turbox decides to charge an extra fee? for the conviniency of not using their platforms and services? You wouldve done this anyways if i had elected credit karma virtual money, so this is clearly meant to steal from people and i find it in poor form. The corporate greed of the platform is obvious and makes me think there should be better platforms out there. Thanks for nothing

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Reliable. Never had a problem. Owning my own business I still filed my taxes with only a few hours spent. Loving the imports and saves of prior information, but the price went up a bit....Still, it's reliable and we always get the refund fast.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Functional, but very pushy with extra cost Less than an hour and no less than 6 prompts to upgrade my free service. Utter refusal to provide the free service to 1099-G forms, which is for Employment Security support. Like people who had extra financial problems in a year need more nickel-and-diming over it. But, service functions quickly. It's fine.

I think a little bit more explination on some of the extra things like the 199a. Though the information has been better this time around and i like the choice of not having a lot of advertisments.
