I assumed my return was simple enough to do myself and I would try Turbo Tax and save the Accountant's fee for the first time in 30 years. I was extraordinarily disappointed and will not use again. The time and frustration it took me to file the return is well worth the $500 I pay my accountant. While the user interface and workflow is simple and intuitive....let's face it, taxes are not. Try as you may, the help text was not simple enough for me to feel confident in my choices. My lack of confidence, coupled with the running clock on the top of the screen (which made me feel dumber as the minutes ticked by) is enough to keep me from coming back next year.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Ease of use be careful I have been using turbo tax for 8 years now and while the ease of use is why I use it and the overall protection is awesome, You will want to print your taxes as well, They lost all our previous taxes, they claim they didn't have them and where not helpful in resolving this problem at all

Rated 5 out of 5 by from SO quick and simple I hate dealing with stuff like this, which is why I waited until April 15 to file! But it only took me an hour and a half to do the whole process. Now it's behind me... phew.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Another Year with Turbotax It seems to work well. Math is fine. Having side commentary available to click on would be helpful along with a clear paths to get back to the forms. Could not retrieve my 2021 Turbotax data onto my 2022 return. The 2021 TT return is in my MacBook.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Not so happy with TT Got the taxes done but the price for premier online is 119 when I can get it at Sam's for 82. Also had to submit twice since the software didn't ask for my IP PIN. I really plan to go back to using the CD.
