Rated 1 out of 5 by from Selling too much at once Too many ads. I get walls that talk about charging for self employment or whatever, but if they're unnecessary to include then why? People who want the extra security would take a different route. Plus, this is supposed to be secure to begin with, so why add a $69 upcharge for "extra security." The "5 days faster" thing is a joke too, that has no basis in fact and gets you to plug in sensitive information to another outlet. I've had a decent time in the past with this service, but this round was particularly too much nonsense.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Link was an epic fail!! I was sent a link to get free Turbo Tax for a 100% disabled US Veteran and it did not work. I took a lot of time to log in under the link, redo every category and it still charged me. Sooooo frustrating!!!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from turbo tax is a staple in my home I have used Turbo Tax for the last 30 years and have always trusted this product. It really does ease my mind everytime I purchase it knowing that my taxes are going to go smooth. I tried going to H&R block in the beginning and they had me owing. My brother-in-law had me try his T.T. cd and I ended up with a big return. I told H&R block to refund my 350 dollars. They tried to convince me to let them redo my taxes and see where they went wrong. I respectfully declined and told them I will never use them. It was in the waiting room with about eight customers. I suggested to them to go and buy T.T. on my way out the door. It's been smooth ever since. Thank you so much for all the help you guys provide every year. Truly a wonderful product I have recommended to everyone.
