Rated 3 out of 5 by from Reminder to self - don't use turbotax next year Every year I am annoyed with turbotax and think, oh well, other software will annoy me too. But this year, no matter how hard I tried, I could not get turbotax to record amortized points for refinancing my house years ago. I do not have a 1098 form.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Why is it so expensive?!? This will be the last year I use turbo tax. I'd rather pay a human being than be overcharged by this computer program another year. My return was wrong last year too. Also, I was not informed how much I was being charged for this until after they took my money. I will never encourage anyone to use this program. I think there is much cheaper and more accurate options available.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from TurboTax is very user-friendly! I have done taxes with TurboTax for a few years now, and I still love the software! It has always been straightforward and super easy to use. Even if you are 1099 like me, it is pretty simple to file with TurboTax!

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Stop forcing people to upgrade! I was forced to pay $158 out of my refund because I sold a house? That doesn't seem right what so ever. I am also annoyed of every few pages getting prompted to upgrade to some turbo tax service.
