Rated 3 out of 5 by from I had to do some jumping around but I got it done I use it as its serves as a repository to store my tax paperwork should I ever loose paper copies and or any virus issues with my laptop. However, it could improve by allowing end users to upload all their documents and automatically populate standard tax forms as opposed to having to rescan for each section.

I really enjoyed using your platform - my only annoyance was that there was a hidden Premium Fee right at the end in addition to the fee to transfer both federal and CA, plus the standard processing fee. I went back through all avenues to see where I went wrong in selecting the premium additional $55 cost but couldn't find that selection/option anywhere! It just appeared at that final stage which felt quite sly to me. Just be as upfront as possible with the fees and then no-one would mind!

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Overpriced Every year it gets more and more expensive, more complicated, and less refund unless you pay more to unlock additional features. They just keep lobbying to the goverment to prevent them from doing away with filing taxes, the irs already knows what you owe this is just an overcomplicated test designed to make it harder for the average person

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Always need Turbo Tax every year This year was more complicated than earlier ones with electrical vehicle, changes in sources of income and complete novice with taxes and finances, Use there live support and Josh was great and did not rush me. He found the answers and even sent me some information I needed for something in the future.
